Detailing and Wii

Saturday is carwash day. Jeff decided to join me this time. We sortof had a little detailing party. I washed and waxed my Mini, and Jeff washed, claybarred, washed again, and waxed his Xb. Only took 6 hours. Both cars came out looking fantastic. We finished around 11pm so it's dark, not the best picture taking time but here they are.


And about this Wii thing, I saw this video the other day and thought a few of you might enjoy it, I know some of you are trying to choose which next-gen console to buy, this might help.

Oh by the way...

I picked up my MINI Cooper S two weeks ago, on July 28th.

It was a shockingly easy experience. Inspect car, test drive, sign some papers, get a lesson on the workings of the MINI, leave with a big grin and a very light wallet. The dealer didn't try and upsell anything, and I got free floormats!

She had 8 miles on the clock, now shows about 600 miles on it. I've washed her once very carefully, since I didn't have my proper washing bits yet. But tomorrow she gets her first major cleaning and waxing, I actually bought car wash & wax products along with micro-fiber towels. I've never wanted to wash a car before, my last car got washed 3 times I think. I'm actually looking forward to it. It's weird.
