FINALLY, the studio is completely gone. I finished cleaning it out today. Now the suite can be leased by someone that will actually pay the rent, and it looks like we've already found someone.
..oh yeah...looks like we won't be finishing your album Chris, sorry.

It's cool man....we, I had a ton of fun working on what we did. Who knows maybe one day you'll have a studio of your own and then we can finish it.
I hope you're doing good man. I look forward to having you and Jeff come up that way we can have a few beers and Bar B Q.
